Research-driven founder with a foundation from ESIEE Paris and ESYCOM, specializing in Nanotechnology and MEMS, bringing deep-tech expertise in autonomous systems to the renewable energy sector. He is focused on reimagining solar infrastructure through scalable, IoT-enabled solutions designed for global markets, while leveraging emerging technologies to refine and advance the renewable ecosystem. With a strong emphasis on innovation, speed, and forward-thinking execution, he is building Bluth Solar into a next-generation energy company—creating intelligent, connected, and sustainable systems that support long-term global energy transformation.

CFO | Finance & Governance Leadership
Big 4–trained finance leader with extensive experience working with large enterprises and conglomerates to strengthen financial controls, reporting, and governance. In addition to accounting and compliance oversight, she has led finance transformation initiatives, including automation, financial modeling, and the integration of technology into core finance processes. She has supported organizations through mergers, scale-ups, and operating model transformations, building investor-grade finance functions aligned with growth and risk management. With global experience across the US, UK, Europe, and India, she brings a strong investor perspective and is applying this expertise to establish Bluth Services’ finance and legal function as a reliable, well-governed, tech-enabled, and scalable foundation for sustainable growth.
